Chemical Additives
11+ high-performance formulations across OBM and WBM product lines, all manufactured in-house, tested to API specifications and proven in demanding drilling environments.
Primary emulsifier for oil-based muds. Stabilizes inverse emulsions and improves electrical stability, ensuring consistent performance throughout the drilling cycle.
Secondary emulsifier with exceptional thermal stability up to 350°F. Complements primary emulsifiers in demanding high-temperature, high-pressure applications.
Filtration controller based on natural asphaltite. Controls fluid loss in oil-based mud systems while maintaining rheological properties under pressure.
Organophilic clay viscosifier compatible with diesel, mineral, and synthetic oil phases. Provides gelation and suspension properties in oil-based systems.
Plant oil-based lubricant that significantly reduces torque and drag in water-based mud systems. Environmentally responsible alternative to petroleum-based lubricants.
Water-dispersible filtration controller and shale stabilizer. Reduces fluid invasion into formations and provides wellbore stability in water-based systems.
Polyamine clay inhibitor that controls cationic exchange in reactive shale formations. Prevents shale swelling and maintains wellbore integrity in water-sensitive zones.
Advanced clay inhibitor with potassium complex for superior performance in highly reactive shale formations. Built for the most water-sensitive intervals.
Rate-of-penetration (ROP) enhancer based on poly-glycols. Increases drilling speed by reducing chip re-grinding and improving bit cleaning efficiency.
Premium ROP enhancer using polyalphaolefins (PAO). Delivers maximum penetration rate improvement in demanding formations where standard enhancers fall short.
Causticized lignite dispersant and filtration controller. Reduces fluid loss and controls rheology in water-based systems, particularly effective in high-solids environments.
